really is the best place for breakfast in the area - yeah its a bit more expensive but its qualiy . great burgers and juices too

Caramel is a lively breakfast spot. Modern style cafe serving the classics with oodles of friendly service: creative fresh fruit juices, proper coffee and no stinting on the ketchup (real HP sauce and Heinz's tomato creation).
Popular, so if you turn up late morning on a Sunday then you may have to queue.
More expensive than other greasy spoons and cafes in the area.
