  nice food
  but overpriced for essex rd... decor very 90s lacking in atmosphere.
  deserving of some stars, though, for tasty south american flavours...
  london needs more good latin places!

  Sabor is a Latin American restaurant and bar, focusing on the flavoursome healthy style of cooking known as Nuevo Latino.

  The bar serves delicious cocktails, including the classic South American choices like mojitos, caipirinhas, and margaritas - and special variations of their own like passion fruit margarita and mango martini plus wines, beers and spirits, whether or not you are eating here. The wine list is a carefully chosen selection of mostly Chilean and Argentinian varieties.

  This excellent pan-Latin American place boasts spotless white interiors plus a sleek, long bar & primary coloured tables while the walls are dotted with brightly painted masks. There is a good balance of cooking with some unexpected surprises whilst still plenty of reliable classics to choose from, such as the tortillas stuffed with chicken & goats cheese, steak chimichurri, the obligatory but delicious ceviches & the sugar hit of the chocolate & fig tart.
