Reviews for Coco Noodle Bar
This place is the NASTIEST place I know in Ealing.
I have had my food rudely slammed down in front of me if I ask to increase my order with another item, the water jug has been literally PLONKED in front of me.
I do not recommend this place in the least, certainly not to anyone in a good mood, who wishes to remain that way. I have no idea why they are so rude to customers.
I purchase food about twice a week from Coco Noodle Bar. I decided to sit down and eat there yesterday and I was served with cold and stale chicken fried rice and sizzling chicken which was stone cold. When I asked the waiter/server to get me fresh rice or boiled rice and add it to my bill/cheque too, she started swearing and shouting at me saying "You ridiculous woman, you get out, you stupid Indian, we not serve you anymore, don't come back, get out, you get out and we show you!" I was with my family, who are in old age and did not want to get assaulted any further so I paid the bill/cheque and left. I would strongly advise NOT going to Coco Noodle Bar!
Also three years ago, this very restaurant was fine £10,000 for dirty, rat-gnawed premises: http://www.ealing.gov.uk/press_releases/2007/april_2007/pr967.html - I do NOT think the situation or customer service has improved!
This place was just to laugh at with the service, I've been to restaurants around the world, and this one took the cake for bad food! Don't go there expecting to get the right service! Very unpleasant people throwing plate on your table and hurrying you out the door. I later Googled the place to make a complaint and not to my surprise. The CoCo Noodle bar was hit with a fine and lawsuit for having RATS live in there kitchen. Disgusting people need to be put out of business instead of hit with a fine! Don't eat there it's not worth it, your better off with KFC or Mc Donald's (or even that sandwich from the gas station)! I give this restaurant NO STARS!!!!! It doesn't deserve to be rated at all...........
Why are they so mean to customers?
Coco Noodle is an oriental restaurant right in the heart of Ealing Broadway. Looking like it's been plucked straight out of some far east city, it stands out from the crowd with it's bright orange colour scheme and stupid-looking new age lettering, inside you will uncomfortable pine park benches, and more headache orange paint. However don't let the decor put you off.
A favorite's among Ealing's native population, the Coco Noodle Bar has got to be first choice for oriental food in Ealing. Serving up a decent variety of Japanese, Thai, and Chinese dishes, quickly ,by a competent friendly workforce, and at a reasonable price. Expect starters to cost up to £4, and mains a maximum of £6. Portions are very generous, don't expect to finish all of your main
I can wholeheartedly recommend Coco Noodle for any occasion, family outing or even hot date, however be warned that it does tend to get fairly busy during the lunch hours, and that the sizzling pan dishes (and only them) are particularly bland tasting.
