Reviews for Gostosa Pizzeria
As a Brazilian living in London, it's fantastic to finally have a restaurant serving pizzas, burgers and more with authentic Brazilian flavours.
When I got there about 10.30pm on a Saturday, the place was absolutely packed. I was almost regretting my long journey from Finchley, When told there may be a wait of up to half an hour. However, three friends who had just taken their places on a table for four, invited me to join them. I gratefully accepted. It was fantastic chatting to them, as hey had all recently arrived from Brazil.
I ordered the house pizza, and Guarana to drink.
Having skipped a starter, I felt trying a X-Tudo burger ( a quarter pounder with mozzarella cheese, lettuce, tomato, ham, bacon, sweetcorn and potato chips ) was the least I deserved.
Despite doubting there was any space left for desert, I ordered a passion fruit mousse. It was, like what came before, absolutely gorgeous.
The atmosphere was fantastic, helped by the great Brazilian music being played on the big screen TV. It was almost midnight, when i finally managed to pull myself away from singing along to the music.
