Brindisa is the key supplier and has given its name and its passion for Spanish food to this tapas bar. This specialist knowledge of local Spanish producers means that Tapas Brindisa is able to source all these ingredients – cheeses, charcuterie and store cupboard provisions – from local producers all over Spain, while head chef Jose Manuel Pizarro turns them into an imaginative range of tapas.
