This place has a great mixture of ambience, food quality and price, a tricky thing to balance in this day of highr consumer demands, but I go there regularly and have never been dissapointed. Ive eaten at the fat Duck, Ive eaten at Jamies, and most of the most descerning establishments in the world, this place is just as good, because it offers good fresh food, well cooked, and an honest price, it is aimed perfectly at its customers, and the staff are GREAT. I highly reccomend it!

I love Pizzeria Sette Bello - its run by a true italian with all the personality of italy! The decor of the place is as you would expect of an independent italian restaurant in london, a real homely feel to it, yet cool and sophisticated as well. The menu has all the usual italian dishes but their pasta and pizza is a speciality. The pasta is cooked to perfection with just a little bite and the sauces are so tasty! Pizzas are just how pizzas should be - none of this deep base rubbish! Just thin and deliciously crispy. Quite a diverse range of toppings too!

it's just that... never been disappointed at this place. atmosphere is perfect, food is consistently fresh and prepared to perfection. no pretentions here - basic dishes, done well. can't beat it for a cheap pizza or bowl of pasta. AND, the owner frequently brings crates of wine home from his home town in northern italy, so ask for a recommendation. staff are a pleasure.
