Reviews for Patterson's
We dined here on a 40% off deal through another website. I found the restaurant to be rather lacking in ambience, especially as we were sat at the back in close proximity to a group of loud and very obnoxious pensioners.
The food was very flavoursome. However, the lamb I ordered was meant to be lamb 3 ways, one of them being a stuffed saddle of lamb which they replaced with a lamb chop and didn't tell me about it. Very naughty of them. Unfortunately I only noticed when I thought back to it the next day.
The waiting staff were very professional, if a bit cold.
This is a fantastic restaurant, a bit pricey but what you would expect for the location and the ambience. The menu is small but absolutely delectable. Every dish we tried was great, service was lovely.
A wonderful family run restaurant, the food is simply fabulous and beautifully presented. They use a divine mix of ingredients and present the dishes with so much attention to detail, it is certainly hard to choose what to eat. There is a really relaxed atmosphere and surprisingly very unpretentious. If you want a wonderful taste experience then I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Pattersons is tucked away in Mayfair and really is a hidden gem. Went for lunch and the place was bustling on a Tuesday. The menu is well thought out with a wide choice including a lot of great seafood (including the outstanding scallops that i concerned myself with) and the staff are really excellent - super efficient and attentive without being intrusive. will certainly be back here, am interested to try the evening vibee.
I liked this place describes it well. I went for a business lunch and (funnily enough) it was full to the brim with business people. The decor is stylish if a bit barren, and the food while of an excellent quality, the portions were so small that I could have had double of each course and still been left hungry. The service was great though and they have some great wines. I'd go back definitely (but next time I'll grab a sandwich for afterwards!)
Patterson´s is owned by Raymond Patterson and his son Thomas and is a very stylish affair. Patterson´s is a modern, sophisticated restaurant that has a grateful following of fans from father Raymond P´s glory days at the Garrick Club and the Ritz. And who can blame them for sticking with the man and his magic? The restaurant seats 85 people in a stylishly relaxed, elegant setting. The more intimate private function room can accommodate 35 dining and up to 60 for drinks or presentations. So whatever the occasion; birthday or anniversary, retirement or promotion, ladies lunch or business meeting, a menu will be designed for your individual needs. A true family affair, this is a modern, sophisticated restaurant designed to satisfy the more refined personality. Chef´s Speciality Dish: Roast Fillet of beef with bacon, crispy potatoes and shallots in butter sauce
Patterson´s décor is refined and parred-down chic. The restaurant offers stylishly relaxed and elegant setting with scrumptious modern and British cuisine.
Patterson's is probably the best restaurant I've ever been to in my life. In particular, I've never had better food and better service. The decor is also very nice.
It's quite pricey: £40 a head for food (3 courses) and drinks on top.
