The John Snow is an brilliant Sam Smith's pub, centrally located and very cheap. If you like your beer and a pub with some character, then this is a great option. The food is reasonable but beware the Alpine lager; though cheap, it will give you a serious hangover.
Very good pint of Sam Smiths 1.79. Plenty of space. Amy Winehouse not guaranteed. 8/10.
One of the best Sam Smith's pubs in London. It can get quite crowded, but a nice if slightly out-of-the-way location, plus the decor and comfy seats, and reasonably efficient bar staff. Plus history buffs will be impressed with the pub's origins.
One of the nicest Soho pubs. They don't do any of the standard beers, but what they've got (Alpine Lager is the only name that springs to mind) is certainly as good. It can, like so many of the pubs in the area, get a little crowded on a friday night, but there's plenty of space on the street outside, and an upstairs area which is often not quite as bad as inside downstairs.
A great pub. Lots of character, cheap prices, fun crowd and named after the spiritual founder of the science of epidemiology. What more could you want?
