Bought a car from this dealer a couple of years back, and was very impressed with the professional service received. The sales staff were friendly (I know they always are) but not pushy. Their cars were presented well, and most importantly, the after sales service was superb. We had a couple of issues with the car after a couple of weeks, and the dealer was more than helpful in resolving these directly, as oppossed to fobbing us off to the warranty company.
This is the kind of service that most of us want when making an expensive purchase, and because of this I always check Grays' stock list first when looking to replace my car.
