Outstandingly rude and arrogant people who are not professional and should not be doing sales at all! I have never been so shocked to be treated with no respect by people who live in this country and cannot express themselves in English adequately giving me the impression that they were crooks! On a positive side they said they didn't need me as a customer and returned my deposit! Unbelievable that these people can operate in Britain this way and get away with it! Stay away from this company.

Had a problem with a missed connection at heathrow cost me £316 extra. It was their fault as the connection time was to short and the did'nt want to know.Rubbish after sales attitude also trading as:
