Cheap, Cheerful and Clean!
I stayed in the Enrico Hotel for a week at the start of August this year. For a place that was chosen because of its location and price, I was pleasantly surprised by what we actually got. The rooms were simple but clean, ours had a tv and a sink- don’t underestimate the usefulness of this fantastic feature if you happen to visit in the midst of a heat wave. There are no wardrobes but there is hanging space on one wall and enough space for suitcases to be left open on the floor without tripping over them. The staff are friendly and more than happy to offer recommendations on where to eat and what to see. Situated only 5 minutes from Victoria Station, it is one of the cheapest centrally located hotels and its luggage hold facility is majorly underrated- only £1 per day for each room! Be prepared to carry your bags though as there are no lifts and lots of steps if you happen to be on the top floor!
