ProsI was up in London with some family for my 21st Birthday, and my aunt was treating us to lunch so, having just been on the London Eye, we decided on the restaurant in the Marriott in County Hall. Firstly I must comment that the staff were absolutely exceptional, helpful far beyond what is necessary, and it's clear that Marriott are able to recruit that sort of calibre of staff. I had a beautiful cocktail also, which the bar staff should be complimented on. The hotel and restaurant themselves are absolutely stunning, and provide a lovely, luxurious and relaxing atmosphere which is just what you're often looking for.

The food in my opinion, for what it was, however, was incredibly overpriced. We'd ordered 4 similar meals - three of them arrived together and were lukewarm, with crispy, cold chips. The fourth meal took a good ten minutes extra to arrive, and this had perfect, hot chips with it - which meant we were incredibly tempted to complain as what we'd received certainly wasn't acceptable.
