Terrible experience. PG estates are rude and lazy and did not ensure that our flat was ready when we moved in. I know that many tenants have had similar problems. I have been living in London for 5 years and have never had a problem with an estate agent before, never realised how lucky I was untill I had to deal with Ed and his team. My advice, stay well away!!!!
