Very poor customer service 6th February 2009

Extremely poor customer service. When Christmas present bought for a friend found to be faulty, would not refund as had not bought it within last 14 days. Would not even let me speak directly to a manager. Some nice things, but poor customer support - they don't really care. Won't be shopping there again.
