Alan Godin rented me a house in 2008 that was over run with rats & a cat! also the house was deemed uninhabitable for 17 days while it was cleaned out. Alan Goldin charged me £2700 a month for this house & told me it was a luxury rental. Alan Goldin would not return my deposit & rent, something I later learned he should have done as I did not want to move in. I continued to pay rent until August (from Feb) & then stopped to get a reaction as there were now 4 serious leaks & more rats. Yesterday I continued with the courts to reclaim our funds. there are other warnings about Alan Goldin on other sites - see blagger.com.
