We attempted to rent a flat through these people, they have offered us nothing but grief. Upon speaking to the landlord of the flat a web of lies and incompetence was revealed. When attempting to get a refund for a holding deposit I was literally insulted by the manager. They have breached contract and have attempted to extract money whilst offering an incredibly poor service.

I implore you, do not use these people, they are cowboys!
