I had a major leak from the bathroom upstairs which had ruined the ceiling, walls and floor below. It was a nightmare but A&D properties worked with me and even helped me with the insurance company.
I’m now glad it all happened as I have a beautiful new wooden floor and the downstairs of my house looks totally different to before. It has raised the value of my property but most importantly to me the
Whole team were polite and co-operative and really took any possible added stress away unlike any other builders I have dealt with before who usually pile the stress on!

A&D properties renovated my kitchen and painted my hall, dining and living room. They worked consistently until the job was complete in a totally professional manner which minimised the disruption that is inevitable with this sort of work. Michael was polite and attentive. The team was hard working and efficient providing a high standard of work.
