I have been running for 2 years now and also enjoy playing tennis but for the past 3 months I've been getting niggling pain in between my shoulder blades. I put it off for a while but soon realised it was not going to go away on its own so I booked a sports massage with Mahala (Absolute Bliss
Massage) at Natureworks as a friend from work had recommended her. I had an hours treatment where she seemed to find every single knot I had although thankfully it was less painful than I thought it was going to be!

After I felt immediately looser and felt like I could breathe better. She recommended I have another session in a weeks time and gave me stretches to do in between. Injured my knee playing football at the weekend so i'll be back again sooner rather than later!!
