Nice local cinema
The good: it’s easy to get to between, well served by either Stepney Green or Aldgate East tube station, as well as major bus services 25 and 115 along the Mile End road. It usually has two or three of the latest movies, so for a small local, it’s very adequate. Tickets are inexpensive, varying at around £6-7, and snacks are not pricey. The screens are of good quality and size, as well as sound quality, altogether in reasonably sized auditoriums for decent atmosphere.
There are a number of fast food take away and nicer restaurants really close by, in particular Brick Lane, so it’s well located it to make it a meal and movie night.
The bad: sometimes there are queues due to the few ticket offices available.
