this is in response to leaj17!!!
due to unforseen circumstances the lee evans venue layout was changed beyond our control.
every customer that purchased lee evans tickets from us were contacted to send us there tickets back as we needed to re-issue new tickets for the new event layout.

due to further complications we were unable to provide some customers with new tickets, however these customers were refunded in full and offered an upgrade on any future purchase with ourselves.

ALso we have one telephone line 020 88 88 88 88 and 1 email add. info@double8tickets.com
so i dont know who you were tryin to contact!

in any case if your were not able to get in touch with us via phone or email this was only caused by high call volumes and we apologise for any inconvience this caused!

we are NOT a scam! and if for reasons we fail to provide a customer with the correct tickets we do our best to offer them an alternative, some money back or a full refund!

hiya i work for double8tickets and our company has been going for over 20years now. IF you read our teams and conditions on our website which are clearly stated before rushing in to booking tickets for MJ you would have seen that we state in the consequences that an event is reshelud we will refund you less 25% if you are unable to make this event! if the concert is cancelled we only have to refund you the FACE VALUE of the ticket purchased as we are a ticket brokers. we actully gave you a refund less 50% which involved you recieving more than face value as the face value was only £80 per tikcet! i advise you to READ terms and conditions before purchasing! georgia double8

I have been using double8 tickets for as long as i can remember and even though sometimes the tickets arrive preety close to teh event date i always have them in my hand at least 3days before the show!

i am very happy with there service and for yopur information double8tickets always answer my calls and provide me with an answer for any quierys i have ever had!

just recieved my petshop boys tickets for dec 21st!
thats hw good they are.. thanks again 88tickets

Paid well over the odds for 5 tickets. Promised fans full refund then added - 50% (how is this a full refund)and within 72hrs. I have not received a penny Statement was put on their site after his death then taken off again after complaint. this company has sold over 1000 phantom tickets and pocketed 2 million pound of innocent people's money. Anyone who has purchased I urge you to claim back and contact authorities. ripp off merchant - stay away

I couldn't believe it, I paid over the odds for tickets from this company to see Lee Evens, they happily took my money and couldn't have been more polite, to then ignore me!! I didn't recieve and tickets, they didn't answer my calls, or return my e-mails. I rang every number i could find and e-mailed every address, NOTHING!!!! I seriously advise anyone to not go with this company. I've read other reviews and this is not the first time they have pulled this stunt. That must be how they make there money!!
