London's premier 70's disco venue. Infernos have two separate dance areas, playing a variety of 70s and 80s disco and modern chart dance music. They boast London's only original 70's dance floor with runway lights as well as a chill out/VIP area, with a huge fishtank of tropical fish. Great atmosphere for fun-loving disco revivalists, with a selection of wonderful cocktails.

    Cheesy night

OK, it's not as bad as the others make it out to be as long as you're fairly drunk when you get there and you're up for having a silly night. Let your hair down and it can be very enjoyable. It's not trying to be a trendy club so don't be a snob and expect it to be.

Some of my better nights out have been in there. You do have to like cheesy music though but just get in there and dance! lol

    Cheesy townie haunt
    Current
Infernos is the kind of place that you never WANT to go to, but invariably end up at on a boozy night in Clapham with a large group of friends. And indeed, this is the only time you would possibly have anything remotely resembling a good time there. Infernos is cheesy, catering to the lowest common denominator, the London equivalent of the "townies" of the North of England. Avoid at all costs, but if you do find yourself there, be sure to get drunk as quick as possible.

"OK, lets just say that if you ever find yourself in this place, you better hope that you were dragged there kicking and screaming because it was your girlfriends schoolmates birthday party that you absolutely could not get out of. Either that or you were drugged and kidnapped, or had to go in there to escape an armed assassin who had chased you all the way from Clapham Common. If you do have the misfortune to end up in this modern-day torture chamber, be sure to locate the nearest exit and leave immediately, wiping your feet on the way out. If you are really really unlucky and are forced to stay by aforementioned girlfriend, then drink as much as you can very quickly and with a bit of luck youll never remember whats sure to be a traumatic experience. If you dont want to take my word for it, then read the following, which I nicked from another review site and should persuade you even further
I LOVE Infernos so much, its the best club in South London, it's the place to get jiggy and leave with some of the hottest talents around. Its fresh, cool and wack, don't miss Thursday night they often have a themed student night, which KICKS ass!"" From Lizzie and Eliza, the original Clapham-ites. ... I rest my case your Honour."
