For some reason, I have never enjoyed myself at this place, I went their a few times, and didnt like the atmosphere, the staff, anything.
Others say great things, but I just find it a little "wanting", other clubs like 24, Boujis, Funky Buddha, Paper etc, seem to have a soul, atmosphere, this place just seems to be missing something.

    Summing up
Pretentious, unfriendly, overpriced, had its day

    Surely not smack?

Well apparently, China White is a slang term for heroin. I just can't see this place, being a favourite of Pete Doherty's though.
I'm on a central London review roll here. Just like buses, you wait for them for ages and then two come at the same time.

I got to say I was not that impressed with China White. I did manage to blag us a speedy entrance (No, I did not use TrustedPlaces - he would not have known about us anyway, but that was pretty much the highlight.
Pretty averagely done drinks; nothing much to the music; typical suited crowd accompanied by plastic chicks with short dresses and inflated breasts. Quite boring really - I have no idea what the usually accurate NikoTheFinn is talking about. Only the 'Internet entrepreneurs' bit is correct as I spotted another two familiar, guilty faces in there.

    Very expensive "It" club

First a little confession - I was indeed as excited as a little boy on Christmas Day to find myself in Chinawhite, the London nightclub frequented by celebrities, but alas, I was not there due to my own achievements. I was what is commonly known as a "hanger-on", by chance finding myself with a crowd of people who can afford to go to places like Chinawhite. But what a place! The opulence of the lounging areas, the beauty of the beautiful people, the quality of the music and, of course, the drinks menu. While I didn't have to pay to get in, I did have to pay for my own drinks, so it was a good thing I was a little tipsy before getting there. Because otherwise I would either have had to go sober or, more likely, have had to declare personal bankruptcy. The long and the short of it is that this really is a place worthy of its fame and name, where models get jiggy with it and famous actresses rub shoulders (and more) with internet entrepreneurs. And to be present to witness it all, to soak in the atmosphere, does give you a little taste of what it might be like to be one of that crowd. I wouldn't make it my local, but it was a lot of fun while it lasted.
