  I am lucky enough to live a 10 minute walk away from the splendid Tinto, which has got to be the best designed coffee shop in London. Nice cakes, excellent coffee and friendly staff. Plus a fab New-Yorky look, and lots of quirky places to curl up with your coffee. Not the best for lunch food etc but that's not what it's there for! In the summer, be sit outside in their garden with a 'Tintochino'. Mmmmmm....

  I discovered Tinto by chance one day and it is without question the best coffee house in London. They bake everything themselves every morning, the coffee is from their own plantation and amazing , free wireless and the staff have a very friendly cool attitude. The owners are these 2 guys ( gay - no wonder Tinto is so cool) who live all over the world and really know what they are doing but they are not concerned about promoting the place to the rest of London - Lucky us!
