The Caffe Nero is located in Camden High street. This is one of the branches that are in London. Particularly this one is not very big but there are a few seats in it.
They sell different varieties of coffee (capuchinos, machiattos, espressos) and also some sandwiches and pastries (carrot, chocolate cake, etc.).
The staff is usually quite busy and the Nero is perhaps not the most relaxing place to stay, mainly at weekends where Camden is really overcrowded.
An average place to have a coffee or a tea but nothing special.
The prices are quiet expensive considering the quality of the food.

I went to this Caffe Nero for the first time and was left astounded by the bad service. Firstly there were no cups so we had to wait. When we asked to use the toilet we were told we had to wait as someone else had the key. We waited, and waited, aske again 10 mins later and got told they were to busy to help us. Waited some more, no help, in the end, they gave us a spoon to unlock the door. Great service, not!
On the plus side, I complained afterwards and got 6 free coffee's. But be assured I won't be visiting this branch again!
