A bit pricey for a standard sandwich joint, but the people serving are friendly and the sandwiches are tasty.

On the edge of Shoreditch is this little hole in the wall that makes great sandwiches, etc. for lunches.

The main attraction is the daily special wraps, though you can always get something made custom.

The key at this place is making sure you get served by the right guy.

I generally hold out for Jeff, as he's the chef and the main man here.

Well, BLT stands for Big, Loaded and Tasty, which I'm sure you'll agree are the three main criteria for choosing an eating establishment.

They have a wide range of deli style products to fill your sandwich, wrap, roll, baguette etc. including roast meats, chinese fillings and countless others. They really live up to their name by makijng the biggest most fulfilling sadwiches that i have yet to find in london. They have specials or you can just freestyle. The staff are nice and will suggest good combos if you need them to.

Downsides are long queues at peak hours, there are no sitting facilities and the prices are not particularly cheap although i feel the food is well worth the money.

If you are prepared to part with around a fiver for lunch and you are hungry, you won't be dissappointed with BLT.
