Reviews for Hot Pepper Jelly
I've never thought to leave a review of anywhere I've eaten before but this little place is great! The sandwich which the place is named after is amazing and having only been there at the weekend I'm kind of craving another one already (its only Monday)!
It was busy over the weekend but they found us a table and we were made to feel very welcome.
Coffee's good too.
Five stars overall - without a doubt.
I am so glad I went in to Hot Pepper Jelly today. What a delightfully bustling place. The staff were very friendly and observing them interact with the customers was like being inside an episode of friends. The workman's breakfast I ordered was so big there was enough to fill an army. The freshly prepared smoothie went down a treat. I know that they do take aways but I need to find out if they will do the catering for my 30th.Birthday party.
Nice looking place, good coffee and lovely blueberry smoothie, but horrible scrambled eggs: completely tasteless, I thought they must be made from powder, but the waitress said they weren't and charged the full amount even though I didn't eat them. I think they must have been old eggs that were microwaved .... completely uniform texture and no taste. Would have been nice if they'd shown some interest in the fact that a customer wasn't happy, but they didn't.
Their specialty is the bizarre bacon, peanut butter and hot pepper jelly sandwich. The thought might make you turn your nose up, but you really need to try it. Excellent
Excellent food, great service, chilled out atmosphere what more could you want!?
The menu is really exciting. I had a smokey BLT which was made with chili mayo - delicious! I have never seen sandwiches so well presented. I will def be going back!
Excellent for lunch. They have there own special hot pepper sauce which they incorporate into the dishes (those of you that don't like spicy, chilli flavours can opt out upon request
Really interesting menu, I had a peanut butter, smoked mozzarella and hot pepper jelly sandwich - sounds strange, but it actually worked
Great breakfast menu that I'm looking forward to trying
