My friends and I have generated many a happy memory in this place. Good location near Covent Garden and Neal's Yard (for all of you Rough Trade fanatics) makes this remarkably convenient.

Coffee is always good, never fantastic, but ethical as Mr Buraco pointed out.

Inside it looks a bit like a sauna: scandanavian wooden walls but no hairy fat men in towels, thank god.

I tend to sit down in the basement - it's often less busy and is quite a pleasent escape from the crowds on the weekend.

The food is average if a little over-priced and i can't really picture any of the staff, so they certainly didn't insult me.

Worth a look if you're in the need for a caffine fix and a sit down, and the Monmouth Coffee Shop round the corner is busy.

Unusually for me, I'm not going to wax lyrical for this review and am resisting my constant reviewing urge to try and produce a mini-masterpiece of literary expression.

So pure and simple then, this is a really nice little cafe just on the edge of the Neal's Yard veggie food extravaganza. I've been here a couple of times for 'meetings' of the more relaxed 'I don't have a real job' type, and I've decided I quite like it.

Suburb is a great place to chill with a coffee, or if you're a non-caffeine drinker like me (on health grounds I'll have you know) one of their eclectic range of 'fresh leaf teas' (it means they let the tea leaves/buds/flowers roam free in a type of 'tea blanket' that sits in the pot rather than trapping it in an evil teabag). Anyway, you get lots of lovely tea for about 2.50.

They also sell some organicky type grub that should satisfy the ethically-aware amongst us, while subtley relieving their wallets of slightly too much money for a salad.

Music is really nice as well - very laid back and soulful. They even have a couple of listening pods upstairs to check out some new tunes.

Finally you can pick up a really good wireless signal, though ironically, no mobile signal, which actually makes it perfect for getting through some laptop related stuff.
