Excellent and incredibly cheap english breakfast - £3.50 for a full cooked breakfast with toast and tea or coffee. I have no idea how they do it but it's great value.

If you're looking for pure personality and character then head to the Regency Cafe (http://trustedplaces.com/review/uk/london/cafe/1v6wn8/regency-cafe) but if you just want a super breakfast for almost half the price then XLNT will hit the spot.
