Reviews for Nevada Street Deli

The Nevada Deli is a much needed gem in Greenwich; the atmosphere is terrific and there is a real friendly community atmosphere; the food is freshly prepared and delicious; if you can wait until lunch time there is generally a freshly cooked roast (Lamb, Beef, Pork) which I highly recommend; the coffee is better that I can make at home (And I am a Coffee Freak) and the wine available is affordable and very enjoyable (The staff are readily available to offer some advice with your selection to go with your meal). If you can get a table you won’t regret your choice..... the only question is when can we expect a Nevada Deli II.....

As a family we went to the NEVADA cafe for my 2 year's old daughter's birthday and the trouble was started. There was a very arrogant and bossy manager was there were asking me to move my daughter's pram one side to an other (more than three times and each time I had to leave my daughter alone) I left alone to arrange a high chair for my daughter. Obiviously The manager was worried too much how to make more money than how to please a costumer.
The cafe is near the Greenwich Park so they are trying to be child-friendly cafe but unfortunately the manager has no idea how to deal with a costumer who has babies or toddlers. While we were having a lunch the angry manager asked us to leave the cafe because my two years old daughter was loud. It was clearly some kind of a discrimination against a mum and her daughter. The angry manager put the pram outside of the cafe so we didn't had a choice so we had to leave the cafe. It was a trouble experience towards a family member was trying to enjoy their daughter's birthday party at Greenwich NEVADA Cafe.
The service was awful, the hospitality was awful and the manager was awful and I will never be their costumer because of the manager's incapability of taking care of the simple situations like this. It was the worse experience we ever had in a cafe suppose to be a child-friendly cafe.
