Best Place for Yoga and Healthy Living in Notting Hill
I started going to the Life Centre a couple of years ago: I was looking for a good yoga place and a friend reccommended it. My friend gave me an excellent advice! The place is nice and the quality of yoga teachers is very very good.
Plus you have classes all day long, for every level, Monday to Sunday, so you'll always find a class no matter what...and so no excuses!!!
I also go there to see my herbalist, and I find the place quite good. Not cheap, but good value for money. As I said the quality of the yoga classes is very good and you can either do Pay as you go or per month or 10 classes, so plenty of options.
