The Energize Gym is part of the Hammersmith and West London College (HWLC) complex near Barons Court tube station, and was my local gym for three years. it has all the equipment you could possibly want, from treadmills and cross-trainers for the cardiofreaks and 100kg free weights for the beefcakes.
if you like spending time with big sweaty men and petite lycraed ladies, then this is the place for you.
Sorry Nikko but I beg to differ. That was also my Gym for a couple of years and the only attractive thing about it is its price, £32 pcm. Big sweaty men yes, Lycraed ladies..... I am yet to see any. This place is for people who really care more about working out hard than the quality of the facilities. I have changed gym to the one on Lillie Road "Fulham Pools" the difference in standard is Huge.
