No Nonsense and friendly
A very good value gym, now in new premises. Good free weights, machines and cardio equipment. Bright, natural light and free classes (step, Yoga etc.)
Not too many poseurs, most of the folk are focussed on their training and are friendly.

Top-notch gym, low price
The Energize Gym is part of the Hammersmith and West London College (HWLC) complex near Barons Court tube station, and was my local gym for three years. it has all the equipment you could possibly want, from treadmills and cross-trainers for the cardiofreaks and 100kg free weights for the beefcakes.
if you like spending time with big sweaty men and petite lycraed ladies, then this is the place for you.
