At one point in time i used to be a regular in this pub, i would make a nightly pilgrimage here from greenwich, alas no more, it used to be a loverly pub lots of regulars everyone knew everyone, and newcomers were always made to feel welcome, not the best range of beers in the world and god awful lager but the atmosphere more than made up for that. So what went wrong, we seemed to have a lot of different managers come into the place after our long standing Graham left. One or two really...

At one point in time i used to be a regular in this pub, i would make a nightly pilgrimage here from greenwich, alas no more, it used to be a loverly pub lots of regulars everyone knew everyone, and newcomers were always made to feel welcome, not the best range of beers in the world and god awful lager but the atmosphere more than made up for that. So what went wrong, we seemed to have a lot of different managers come into the place after our long standing Graham left. One or two really tried to make a go of it but in the end it just died a death, awful management,awful atmosphere as the new managers brought in there own friends and followers, driving out the regulars, so R.I.P the George
