went to the railway last friday for the first time. What a lovely place. Had some delicious pizza. Nice laid back atmosphere for a friday, they had some great ska djs. Stayed a bit too long.... Got to mention the garden before i go, its great

I have been here a few times now, and still don't quite know what to make of it.

Admittedly I have only ever been there on a weekday evening, so I don't know what it might be like when it is a bit busier. There is certainly plenty of room outside so I would imagine that sunday lunchtimes might be quite popular here.

However, on a Tuesday evening the whole place gives off an air of being more of a hobby than a business. None of the staff seems to care particularly about keeping things tidy or serving you quickly, they are all having a good time laughing and joking between themselves.

I have had the burger here a couple of times and it has been like a completely different meal on each occasion - as though someone just went to the supermarket and bought what was on special offer that day.

They also have a reasonable pizza menu (which was exceptionally cheap the last time I went, with some kind of two for one offer) and the pizzas are surprisingly good.

It's a handy venue and maybe that means they don't have to try particularly hard. I will probably keep going there but wouldn't take along anyone I wanted to impress.
