What makes Bluu unique is the fact that the fine dining restaurant, premium ground floor bar and basement bar all operate as one and they create enormous synergy within the venue.
Now in its fourth year of running, Bluu underwent a refit in 2004 bringing in elements of the Bluus in Nottingham and Liverpool. A larger basement area and new bar provide the place for late night drinking in the square.
