Curtains Up is a theatrical theme pub with the Baron's Court Theatre situated beneath it (box office no. (+44 (0) 20 8932 4747). Bar meals are served every day until closing time, and they can cater for private parties of up to 50 people. Pavement seating is also provided.

I was reminded of my old favourite The Curtain's up when I walked past the other day.

I used to live in West Kensington and this was my local. The area is a little baron of decent pubs (forgive the pun as the area is near Baron's court...ahem). Anyhow, this pub is a friendly local that all the nearbye residents rely on.

However, the curtains up is more than just a pub, it has a most welcome twist, that of the local theatre perched above its hallowed halls. The perfect place for a bit of local entertainment.
