The Retro Bar is situated close to The Strand and features on the Gay scene. The downstairs bar has 1980s Pop stars stuck all over the walls whereas upstairs has more up to date pictures. They provide a range of entertainment including a juke box, gaming machines, Karaoke on Wednesday's and Eurovision singing contests once a month. Catering for private parties of up to 40 guests is available upon request.

a friendly establishment in which the publican is never far away and is known by her first name to at least 83% of the regular 'trade'. The music is a usually fairly standard mix of 1980's and contemporary pop and electro, go on special days for the pub quiz and game night. Once you have been to Retro a few times you will start to recognise names, faces and people.
