The MacBeth is a pub with a big screen TV showing ON digital that serves traditional British food and has karaoke nights on Wednesdays. On Friday, Saturday and early Sunday evenings they have a variety of live music. Roast lunches are served on Sundays throughout the day until 7pm. Catering for private parties of up to 60 guests is available upon request. The Hoxton Gallery is also situated upstairs from the main bar area and houses a selection of art work.

    Funny how the other two reviews are so differnt, I've never seen this pub with a sports crowd but it is certainly one of the trendier pubs of hoxton. A variety of live music from rock to electro to indie. Xerox teens host a night there "the parlour" every month I think and many bands play there regularly, past bands include: good shoes, xerox teens, cazals. Reasonable drink prices and friendly people. Only issue with it is the council estate opposite who aren't always into drunken hoxton heroes.

    A pub that has really been turned around since the new management has taken over.
    now sells cheap and very good food all day and has barbecues on friday and saturday nights, best value of food in the area!

    The Macbeth is pretty trendy Hoxton pub and live music venue.

    They have live music most evenings, ranging from folk to art rock to hiphop, as a venue it's actually pretty good (not too big or too small). One of the better pubs on Hoxton St too.

    Standard beers on tap, funny haircut optional.
