A* for the selection of good vodka and the delightful mix of cocktails.

I love this place!!
Contrary to popular belief I feel I must let the secret out... this bar isnt owned by a Polish person, its owned by an Aussie! But what a good job he had done!
The drinks list is huge! I come from a school that thought there were two different types of Vodka in this world - Smirnoff Red and Smirnoff Blue (mixed with Red Bull naturally!) well my eyes certainly got opened up when I come here for the frst time!
My top tip would be to ask the bar staff what they recommend as it is doubtful you will be able to pronouce anything on the menu anyway (especially as the night goes on!) and to ask for a long drink and a shot each time.
The staff here are really friendly and the place is very clean am I the only one that has noticed that the staff are constantly wiping your table over?!). I also like the way that although the place is under cover it is sort of outside as well (you will understand what i mean once you go!)
Did I also mention that they have over 50 types of vodka and that most drinks are around the £3-£4 mark?
Get yourself down there!
Thanks to Priya for showing me this place...I actually want to recommend the polish food they have there- it is very good. Don't order a beer you can get somewhere else- go for the Polish ones and then surprise your friends with a tray of vodkas with exotic tastes...come early otherwise it gets very crowded.
This is a favourite spot of ours, and also a popular after-work haunt for me and my colleagues. It's tucked away in a side alley behind Holborn Station but worth searching out, especially if you like vodka - the drinks list has a whole (large) side devoted just to the huge number of varieties served here (over 60). My favourites are the dry lemon and orange flavoured ones (the latter goes well with cranberry juice if you want a long drink) and the sweeter and strangely turquoise-coloured raspberry. There's also a good range of Polish beers (my friend Andy recommends the Zywiec). Polish food is served too but I've not yet got round to sampling that, though it looks tasty.
The bar is an unusual trangular shape, with an interesting mix of traditonal folk murals (see photo) and modern furniture, and there are a few tables outside for warmer evenings. Service is friendly - even more so if like our friend Pete you can speak a few words of Polish.
Highly recommended!
