This is and always has been rubbish. Hang out for local grunge kids who think they're cool cos it's the only place they can get into underage. Pretty expensive, likely to get stabbed when going back out into wood green after. Has a dance floor which used to be jam packed, but since the smoking fan like most places is now empty most of the time. It's probably nicer now than it was for a quiet drink in day time/early evening, but way too loud for this at night. It is however close to Wood...

It's probably nicer now than it was for a quiet drink in day time/early evening, but way too loud for this at night. It is however close to Wood Green station so easy to find and accessible. An okay place to start a night out before heading into town.

I believe bee_girl has not been to THE JOLLY ANGLERS for a long time. Its a cool place to chil out with a good dj and great security persons to ensure safety and security of every one in the place.
Friday are on a different level these days.
Better check for your self.
