On the second Friday of every month there is a house night at the Oh! Bar resident DJ's Ryan C and Charlie Apostle are joined by special guest DJ's for what is building up to the best house night in London

I have been there on 21/07/07.
We came at 11:02 ,missed the free entrance and paid £5.
On Saturday, they have reggae nights so it becomes half a bar half a club.
When I was there before, I had a really good time but this time it was just ok.
The bar had one friendly person who seemed to stay happy for the rest of the night. Did you ever see a fish tank in a bar? It is a revolutionary idea and I am sure the aquarium sometimes get a shot of something... The biggest problem with the dance floor is that it is just too dark and it is very difficult to communicate. The music is very slow and makes you sleepy. Reggae can be dancy and very powerful but on this night it wasn't getting any exciting. Another interesting to notice is the effect of the smoking ban... I heard this many times already but it is true- you can not smell smoke anymore but you do smell the people and believe me it is smelly!!! There must be some way to solve this with a special club incent or something. Adding to this, one person in the club decided that it cool to release his own nitrogen and carbon dioxide so we had to escape it many times...Downstairs they have their gansta loo where you can enjoy an amazing variety of soaps, after shaves, desserts and god knows what, just don't forget to tip each time you go to the loo because it might get dangerous if you don't...
I am taking a break from this place, at least for a while...

Good french fries and brown sofas. Go there early and don't stay there too late and you'll be fine. Edinboro castle up the road is much better though.
