This is a great pub for this part of East London, you probably wont find one as nice with such a great selection of beers/vino's etc or with some yummy food!

The Sunday roast is boom - we had roast pork, the servings are HUGE though, so be sure to leave some room for your lager..

It gets pretty busy on Friday after work, but has a great atmosphere and even has quizz nights and open mic night

This great tiny house serves a selection of real ales, beware of the DoomsDay.but the Eddies is good, nice atmosphere, great open fire and imitation gas lights, good food menu, although I did not indulge, there was many who did during my stay, really effiecient staff and very cheerful, probally the cleanest gents I have found in a long time, was hard to leave this pub the thought of going out into the cold was not as exciting as having another pint another pint,All in all a great pub,in a area where there a few,

There's not much in the way of nice pubs in Stratty, it must be said, but The Eddie towers above them all, or rather it would if it wasn't so squat.

Good, well kept beers, friendly staff, charming and attractive regulars (ahem), and if you don't consider eating to be cheating, the food is quite special. There are two bars, a beer yard, a large upstairs room that nobody uses and no telly. And I wish I was there now.

No pics of the attractive regulars?

Stumbled in one night looking for a pub in Stratford that I had a fair chance of stumbling out of alive.

Really surprised- pleasantly- at the welcome, food and range of the drinks on offer.

Oysters as bar food followed by an amazing Vension Burger, all washed down with a couple of bottles of Weston Organic Cider.

Worth visiting the site of the 2012 public finance black hole (Oylmpics to the optimistic) to try it out.
