Reviews for Gusto
Gusto, formerly Est Est Est, offers great Italian food and combined with the great location in the Albert Dock and its stylish interior is definitely worth a visit.
Gusto is a small chain (8 restaurants) but doesn’t feel as impersonal as other chains might do.
On a sunny day sit outside with great views across the Albert Dock to the Tate Gallery and watch people and boats go by. Or sit inside and watch the chefs prepare your food in the open plan kitchen.
Service is fast, efficient and very friendly. The menu covers all standard Italian food, but the pizzas are particularly recommended. Also great is the kids menu which includes ‘make your own pizza’ – the kids get chefs hats and a pizza base and add their own toppings before it goes back into the kitchen to be baked. Great trick to get fussy eaters to eat and good fun for everybody else… Certainly worth the £6!
