Established in 2000, Chung Ku is a 400 capacity restaurant which features in The Good Food Guide and is particularly popular with the Chinese community, always a good sign. Housed in a truly stunning building on the waters edge, seafood and dim sum are the house specialities in this always busy yet always relaxed restaurant. Booking in advance recommended.
