Reviews for Home Bargains
As a Scottish girl in Liverpool, I was absolutely delighted to try out the Home Bargains shops. People may be aware of the rumour that Scottish people are very sensible with their money and this is a shop where you can come out with your bags bursting with bargains whilst you still have change from a tenner.
I work with children and need to buy prizes and gifts for them very regularly and at Home Bargains I can find goods that please my pupils without making too much of a dent in my pocket.
Obviously you cannot go in to this shop with a list and expect to get everything you need. Being a flexible shopper is important as you need to have a browse around and see which bargains tickle your fancy. If you see something you really want, my advice is to buy it there and then as if you dither items will sell out quickly and will not necessarily come back into the shop again.
Another branch of the ever more popular Home Bargains group. Situated at Penny Lane shopping centre, so ample parking just outside. Find Netto next door, for any products and fresh food that you can't get at Home Bargains.
There isn't much they don't sell here though - aisles are grouped into the following sections: Health & Beauty, Toys & Games, Food, Household, Clothing, Sweets & Snacks, Drinks & Alcohol, Homestyle and Seasonal (e.g. Christmas articles, outdoor games and toys, camping, gardening, Easter egg and decorations).
I've never left empty handed. Great for gifts for all ages, cleaning products, toilet paper, sweets and crisps. Lots of big brand articles for often a fraction of the RRP.
