Reviews for Asda

I was a student living on Smithdown Road and this Asda was a great help. There is a bus stop right outside which is great. Lots of smart price items to buy! The best thing is that there are quite a few cash points outside the Asda. These were alwatys handy on a night out, as all the taxi drivers are willing to stop there on your way into town! Aswell as selling food, this Asda also has quite a lot of things for your house that you can buy. great to jazz up any dul student house. Aswell as cleaning things!

The asda store itself is very well kept and quite spacious and clean. Highly recomended for anyone living in the Smithdown Road area!

Well I love this Asda! Massive car park and easy to get to, it contains all you need including groceries, George clothes, opticians, bakery and newsagents. Upstairs they have a great collection of George clothes( men's, women's and children's) and even has home furnishings. There’s also a café which is cheap and cheerful!
Downstairs has a great selection of books and magazines, DVD’d, CDs, electrical goods, garden furniture…before you have even started shopping! Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, and there is plenty of checkouts open so you never have to wait long (unless you go on a packed sat afternoon!) Student friendly, as it is in the middle of a student area, and close to other shops you’ll find everything here!

Asda Sefton Park (which is a bit of a euphemism, it should be Asda Smithdown Road which is a slightly less desirable address in Liverpool) is a one stop shop. Recently refurbished, it now has an upstairs clothes department (with bargain clothing for men, ladies and children), and upstairs home department and cafe, plus a vast ground floor shop floor with food aisles, entertainment including DVDs, CDs, books and toys.
Also has fresh food counters including hot chicken pieces, fresh pizza, Indian and Chinese meals, cold meats and cheeses.
Particularly good value at the moment is the school uniform range, children’s books for £1, the good range of paperback novels for under £4 and the outdoor toy sale.
Open 24 hours.
