There is 3different parts to the barfly.The masque venue bit is a little hall,which has a different entrance to the normal barfly bit!
I think this is the best out of all three.
Its a tiny stage,which lots of stairs heading up to a bar.Great place to see the bands from all area's.
The other Bit is in the main barfly bit,its upstairs and the bar is 1side and the stage is the other side of the wall.I find the wall is really annyoing,as you cant just chill out by the bar. Its gets very hot and stuffy in this place,as its just a hall with four walls.I dont like this place when its packed,you cant even move.
The bar is very expenisive in all 3 of this seperate halls, but its part of the carling academy,so the prices are always dear!
The other room is by the main bar,its more for acoustic sets!theres comfy sofa ands its great to chill out.
This venue is a must to visit in liverpool to find out some great bands!
