Marlborough
25 Slater Street, Liverpool, L1 4BW
From the moment its doors open at lunchtime the regulars flock in and usually stay till closing (isn’t retirement a great thing).
But this should not put anybody under the age of 65 off. The Marlborough is a reall hidden gem.
Always a friendly atmosphere from staff and customers alike it also boasts great tasting beer very reasonably priced for a city centre pub.

Reviews for Marlborough
The Marlborough on Slater Street in Liverpool is a bit of a typical old mans pub.

The juke box is never off having free plays it is always belting out a classic old tune.
The best thing I find about the Marlborough is those sneaky afternoon drinking sessions that just seem to happen.
Many is the time I have wobbled out on to Slater Street after a long liquid lunch to bright sunlight that really hurts your eyes.
Long live the Marlborough
