This place is reliably good for wine (and amazingly cheap for a quick glass or two if you don't want the full bottle - not something that's easy to come by always).
The atmosphere is bohemian and relaxed, with reasonable staff, no hassles if you want to have a lazy evening, a fair amount of seating and good food at reasonable prices - it's not restaurant dining, but just good snacks and light meals - a damn sight better than many pub meals I've had.
Unusual place to go with friends, good place for family meals/drinks, cool place to while away a Sunday afternoon.

As a newcomer to Liverpool, I have quickly adopted Keiths as one of my favourite places to eat probably because I am skint! Keiths offers a welcoming, lively atmosphere where people watching is at its best.

The menu changes frequently offering lots of variety for diners. As a vegetarian, i can be fairly fussy but usually tend to opt for a couple of starters instead of a main course. My favourites include the home made soup, the houmous and the excellent halloumi starter which is truly delicious.

Keith is a family friendly place and when I have friends and family to stay I always take them to Keiths for dinner. Situated in Lark Lane and next to Sefton Park, Keiths offers you the chance to combine a nice long stroll with a fantastic meal.

I would recommend Keiths unless you like to eat in pristine surroundings.

Keith’s wine bar on Lark Lane is in the so called bohemian part of Liverpool it is a great place to visit. Fantastic for that long drawn out boozy lunch or a place to catch up – draw breath and relax. The food is always delicious with a good choice of light bites to main meals and your average wine buff will not feel out of place with the selection of wines on offer. A great place to chill or catch up with friends you will always enjoy your time here. Time flies here and a quick drink is always far more as you get dragged into the charms of this place. Give it a go – you won’t regret it.

Im been a big advocate of keiths for many years, and have whiled away many afternoons and evenings in the bohemian area of south liverpool, more commonly refferred to as the "the lane" and a good percentage of those times in keiths so while i recommend the ambience, good wine selection (at reasonable prices) i cant any longer recommend the food. The menu hasnt reallly changed a great deal for over five or six (if not more) years now and the "locals" talk of gordon ramsey style issues with the kitchens, whether this is gossip or truth only the owners and chefs truly know,but i take the large portion of my eating out to other areas of the lane now and reserve keiths for wine supping.

One of my very favourite places. We'll travel the 20+ miles on a Sunday to get the veggie roast dinner. Buzzing 'bohemiam' type place on the doorstep of Sefton Park with friendly staff and a real easy going atmosphere. Quite extensive food and drinks list. Have a coffee or go for the full blow out roast dinner and glass of wine. Seems to be what was an old terraced house which has been opened up to make various different spaces with a mish mash of wooden tables and chairs. Take the Sunday papers, relax and enjoy.
