I first used the Sandon after reading a thriller novel called 'Soft Target', which is set in Anfield and Liverpool. The novel mentions the Sandon and made me curious to go and visit it.
It was well worth the trip, I loved the place. It is like a TARDIS inside absolutely huge!! It is fitted with beautiful original wood panels. Try it.
